The packages will ship from China. We selected FedEx as our shipping carrier that offers guaranteed express shipping with tracking service for international shipments. On the other hand, we will use delivery services by SF Express for Mainland China/Taiwan/HK/Macau.
We are thankful for a selected volunteer group of Kickstarter backers who received the HumminGuru cleaner earlier to share their prompt feedbacks with us for further adjustment to improve the delivery experience. Furthermore, we are glad that we’ve got lots of positive feedbacks and greatly appreciated the thank you notes from our backers.
A kindly reminder that buyers will be solely responsible for the import fees, customs duty, tax, commissions/handling charges imposed on the goods. Please note that NO refund if the recipient fails to pay the import fees/customs duty/tax/third party commission charges/any additional handling charges in full before or on delivery that causes the abandonment of the package or return of the goods.

I also ordered from the US in early April. Patiently waiting as well.
Received mine last week and used it a couple of days later. Works great! Quiet and efficient.
Most of my records are in pretty decent shape so not too sure how it cleans; will need to pick up some garage sale items to try out.
I didn’t realize that one can re-use the water because of the filter. That should be mentioned as this is a time and energy saver.
Waiting for mine to arrive. Anticipate it will be great.
