Refund policy
We accept returns up to 7 days from the date of receipt/delivery.
Only items that have been purchased directly from HumminGuru (online store www.humminguru.com ) can be returned to HumminGuru. HumminGuru products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return must be in its original packaging with all parts and tools in poly bags. The receipt or original proof of purchase must be included.
Some items are ineligible for return, including:
- Water tank
- Replacement kit
- 7” and 10” Record Adapters
- Water Filter packs
- Air Filter packs
- HumminGuru I-Brush Vinyl Record Cleaning Kit
- Dust Cover
HumminGuru does not accept exchanges.
Items on sale are considered final sales, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
No refund if the recipient fails to pay the customs duty/import fees in full prior to or on delivery causes the abandonment of the package or return of the goods.
Return Procedure
To return an item to HumminGuru, please follow the steps below:
- Send us an email at support@happywell.com.hk to request a return form.
- Email us back the completed return form.
- Print out the completed return form, with the items that you are returning, into a suitable shipping box.
- All returns must be shipped postage prepaid and sent by registered post. HumminGuru takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to use the insurance prepaid, tracked postage method to ensure safe and documented delivery. The return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by HumminGuru. The return address does not have a "drop off" option.

Faulty/Damaged product on delivery
If the item is proven to arrive faulty/damaged in any way, contact customer support directly via email within 7 days of receipt. Describe and attach the photos of the item in the email. Our customer support will address the issues on a case-by-case basis. Please note that for faulty items purchased from a HumminGuru stockist, you are required to return the item to the relevant stockist.
Limited Warranty
HumminGuru warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for the original owner and any subsequent end-user owner(s) (“You” or “Your”) for one year from the original date of purchase of the product.
The Limited Warranty does not cover products purchased from sources other than HumminGuru or HumminGuru authorized dealer (including non-authorized online auctions), or issues due to (i.) outdoor exposure and other acts of nature; (ii.) power surges; (iii.) lack of reasonable care; (iv.) accidental damage; (v.) misuse or abuse; (vi.) the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product; (vii.) damage, malfunction and/or failure to the product resulting from use of parts or supplies not sold or authorized by HumminGuru; (viii.) damage, malfunction and/or failure to product resulting from servicing not authorized or performed by HumminGuru; (ix.) modifications of or to any of the product; (x.) shipping damage; (xi) loss of part; (xii.) use of unauthorized chemical cleaning agents or liquids.
To obtain warranty service, you must contact our customer support and provide your order number and describe what has happened, and attach photos of the item's condition. Our after-sale service center will be located in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. HumminGuru will repair it and ship it back at no cost.
Please note that items purchased through other retailers are required to be returned according to their respective returns policies.
The warranty period starts at the fulfillment date of the order.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card. You will receive the credit within 4-6 weeks, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please pay attention to the following Refund Policy:
- The actual times of the refund are subject to the availability of the vendor or bank concerned.
- Any original shipping charges or return shipping costs are non-refundable in any case. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping and return shipping(including customs duty) will be deducted from your refund.
- Return requests made outside of the 7-day policy will be accepted at the discretion of HumminGuru.
Amendment
This Policy may be amended from time to time by HumminGuru, without prior notice. Any purchase from us following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. We recommend that you check HumminGuru's current terms before making any purchase. Our agents, employees, and third parties do not have the authority to change the Terms.
