Pre-order

What does pre-order mean?
You can get early access to the most wanted products before they release and sell out. 

When will my pre-order item arrive? 
The pre-order estimated shipping date will be indicated in the product description section. You'll receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number once it is shipped. Delay may occur due to Covid-19 and the holiday season.

When do I have to pay? 
Pre-order items require full payment at checkout.

Can I cancel a pre-order? 
You might be able to cancel the order before we prepare and fulfill your order. Please contact support@happywell.com.hk for order cancellation.

Can I change my shipping address? 
You might change the shipping address before we prepare and fulfill your order. Please contact support@happywell.com.hk for a shipping address change.
 

What is the regular order processing time?

Regular orders are processed within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Delays may occur due to the holiday season or a special occasion.  


How many HumminGuru Ultrasonic Record Cleaners can be purchased per order?

A maximum of 3 Ultrasonic record cleaners can be purchased per order because HumminGuru can only ship a maximum of 3 cleaners in one carton box at a time. For customers who would like to purchase more than 3 cleaners, please kindly contact support@happywell.com.hk for assistance. 

 

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that each destination has a specific shipping rate calculated based on the location and the order's dimensional weight. All checkout will be in Hong Kong Dollars only. 

 

What is the delivery time?

After the order has been processed, the order will be transferred to our partnered courier (FedEx, UPS, SF-Express, or Partnered Courier) for delivery. Delivery time may vary based on the destination. At a rough estimate, delivery will take 7-10 days for North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. For Asia and Australia, delivery will take about 3 to 7 days. 

 

What about customs?

Customers are solely responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by their country of residence. HumminGuru is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. Please note that NO refund if the recipient fails to pay the import fees/tax/customs duty/third-party commission charges/any additional handling charges in full before or on delivery, which causes the abandonment of the package or return of the goods. Should HumminGuru mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately by the customer. As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error in entering your shipping address, HumminGuru is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur to reroute or reship the package.

 

Do international packages come with tracking?

Each order comes with a tracking number. If you have a package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact and present the designated postal carrier with the tracking number. You may also contact the Humminguru team for further support.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number to check the order status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@happywell.com.hk with your name and order number, and our team will look into it for you.

 

Do you ship to a P.O. Box address? 

No, a P.O. Box address is not accepted.
